Self contained, detached studio

This modern stylish studio is super cosy. Conveniently located in the Parliamentary Triangle it is in the heart of Canberra's main attractions. Super close to trendy Manuka & Kingston and close to the cool vibe of New Acton & Braddon precincts. The Cottage has a queen size bed and there is room if you need to bring a porta cot or blow up mattress for a child. There is no actual door to the bathroom, however, the space is private from the living area. The kitchen is compact and the bathroom adjoins the kitchen with no actual door between the spaces, as you can see in the photos. Would suit a couple or single person only. The cottage is self contained & extremely private. It's the stand-alone building on the left of the main house, and one can park straight in front of it, in front of the steel panels or safely and for free on the street. I can meet you on arrival but if not will leave a key for you. If you need any information during your stay you only need to ask. Situated in one of Canberra's oldest neighbourhoods the tree lined streets are quiet & beautiful to walk around. You will want to eat out at fabulous nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The lake is very close and stunning to walk around early morning or early evening. There is free on-site or street parking or a bus stop very close if you need to use public transport. There is generally a minimum 2 night, however, a one night could be arranged @ $160 per night. Just message me requesting a one night.
