Looking out to Coila Lake, Bingi and beyond, luxe meets chilled out vibes at The Lake House. Every thing has been thought of in this spacious two story home. Comfy queen sized beds, ample table seating and two living areas for everyone to relax in. A well equipped open plan kitchen is ready for all your cooking and dining needs including staple pantry items. The BBQ is right outside on the deck too. The bathrooms are equipped with ‘Eco Store’ brand soaps, shampoo and conditioner for your convenience. There is also a hair dryer and flat iron too. There is driveway parking for up to three cars, laundry facilities, and it wouldn't be a holiday with out board games and books. Two porta-cots and a highchair make things easier for the little ones as well. Enjoy at post surf shower in the back yard or take advantage of the multiple spaces to relax in. Upstairs you'll find: - kitchen - dining - living area with Samsung smart TV - three queen bedrooms - shower room with separate toilet - washer & dryer Downstairs accessed by both internal and external stairs: - fourth queen bedroom - double futon - living area with Samsung smart TV - second bathroom - laundry with second fridge and kettle. The Lake House is situated within a short walk to Coila Lake and Tuross Head Golf Course and is just few minutes drive to the ocean, shops, Boat Shed, Tuross Lake and Lavender Bay. If you’ve never been to Tuross Head, or it’s been a while - come on down and find your home away from home. Yes we provide linens, towels and staple kitchen items. Please note the shed on the premises and the kitchen pantry is locked and NOT available to guests. If you like what you see and you're ready to book, please check that you have entered the correct amount of guests travelling- including kids and pets and tell me a little about you and your group in your booking message. Tuross Head is a quiet picturesque beach town on the NSW South Coast. If you love heading outdoors there is lots to do and see. There is no public transport. However there is a courtesy bus available from the local Country Club. Please keep the noise down after 10pm our neighbours appreciate it. A BBQ fee of $40 will be required if left unclean.
