An independent one-bedroom apartment with a private terrasse and a pleasant view. The apartement is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from the golf course of Vieille-Toulouse, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working in, Toulouse. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. The apartment is part of a new, modern house in a quiet, green and hilly neighborhood. You will have your own private terrasse with seating for meals as well as a large shared terrasse with long chairs for sunning. For big families or groups of friends, there is the possibility of renting the 2-person studio right next door, the in the same house. Besides your apartement and private terrasse, you will also have access to the very large and sunny terrasse in front of the house. Laurent and Elisabeth, discrete and quiet, live close by and are available nearly all the time if you need anything. Otherwise, you won't usually know that they are there. The neighborhood is very calm, green and hilly. It's hard to believe that there's a fair sized city just a few minutes away. Light hiking and bike riding trails are walking distance from the apartment. Grocery stores and some restaurants are also close by car. Preferably accessible by car, with parking at the house. Possibility of reaching Toulouse by bus and metro (30 minutes). The landscaping around the house is ongoing and the visible outside of the lower level of the house is not yet finished. Please forgive us. In exchange, the rental charge for the apartment has lowered. The level where the apartment is found is finished and your stay will be very nice.
