The entire apartment will be exclusively available. In addition, the common areas in the complex as listed, will also be available. My husband Sushan and I, are always available 24 hours of the day. Whilst we are certain your stay at the Royal Luxe Residence in Colombo will be as smooth as it is in your own home and country, you can count on us to always be there whatever your necessity might be as we will be only a phone call or message away. The Royal Luxe Residence Colombo is centrally located in the heart of Colombo. On one side is the marine drive (road adjacent to the Indian Ocean) which you will find plenty of restaurants, hotels, convenient stores, spa's, coffee shops, etc. On the other side is the Galle Road where you will also find supermarkets, restaurants, street shopping stores, hospitals, shopping malls, etc. Given that the apartment is centrally located, all forms of transportation is easily accessible. You could either order an Uber or Pickme directly to the entrance of the building or hop in a tuk tuk that is always parked near the entrance. If you wish to use public transport, the bus halt is just on top of the road or train station is just a 10-minute walk away. On a relaxed day, a nice walk by the sea on Marine drive whilst getting lost in the sunset is absolutely recommended. Electricity will be charged at a very very nominal rate for long stays and for bookings comprising 3 guests or more. However, this could be discussed as per the purpose of stay and time spent.
