Comfortable apartment in small Swiss village

In a remodeled farm house, on the 1st floor, 3 rooms, open kitchen fully equipped, large balcony, 1 bathroom and one restroom, free dedicated parking in front of the building. Close to drugstore, food store, post office, bank and bakery. There is one bedroom with closed door, and the other sleeping facility is a sofa-bed, 140x200cm, not suitable for 2 adults. It is in the open living room. Experience Swiss quiet appartment in a small village, in the middle of forests and short drives from the Geneva lake, the famous wineyards and the Riviera with Lausanne and Montreux. If you prefer mountain lake, another short drive and you will have a very clean pristine lake with easy access. You will have about 80 square meter for you and the terrace, all for you. There is one room that will remain closed, my office. I will not access it during your stay. The laundry room is accessible on Saturday if you need to do some laundry. I'm available during your stay and you can reach me on my mobile phone or via mail. Information on the surroundings and seasonal activities will be left for you in the apartment. Farms, fields, forests, nature and lakes, all within easy reach, no pollution. There are a couple of restaurants in the village itself or in the close by village. If you are looking to see a movie, Morges will be the closest. There are a few pubs in Morges also. If you are coming to Switzerland, I would recommend you do try hot spring pools in Yverdon (30 minutes drive) or Saillon (45 minutes drive), especially at night or when it is really cold. Great experience. Do take your swimm suit ! There is a military barrack at the end of the village and, during some days, they exercise. You may hear them during the day, depending on weather and location. With a car, parking in front of the farm house, or with a train via Morges (30 minutes). Last train will leave Morges at 11.30pm, not ideal for night owls. By train, Morges is 30 minutes away from Geneva. Tickets can be purchased at the train station or online. There is wildlife in the close surrounding and especially in the few woods you will have to drive through to get in and out of Bière. Watch out as they do not give warnings and it would be best to respect speed limits in these woods (80km/hour). There is no car or bike rental in Bière. You can do this in Morges (VD). The last train coming from Morges is leaving at 11.30 pm from Morges and the next one about 5am, so no 24/7 service. There is no gas station in Bière, the closest one will be in Lavigny, 8km. During your stay, you cannot receive mail at my address. Also my apartment and address cannot be used to apply for a working or residency permit in Switzerland.
