Delightful Country Bungalow - Sleeps 4

A beautiful one bedroom self contained bungalow with private kitchen, bathroom/wet room, a comfortable lounge area with fold out futon and separate entrance. Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are politely requesting no additional visitors, just those staying. There is a patio area and large garden. All enclosed by electric gates, so secure for smaller children. There is a large drive that has spaces for 2 cars next to the bungalow. In the kitchen is a hob, microwave/grill/oven, a fridge freezer, kettle with Tea, Coffee and Sugar provided. There is cutlery, plates, dishes, cups and glasses. The bathroom is a wet room with walk in shower, sink basin and toilet, towels are provided. The lounge/dining area has a 2 seater sofa and a 2 seater futon that folds out to a bed, and a coffee table. There is also a 48 inch flat screen digital tv with surround sound and over 150 DVD’s. There is a dining table with 4 chairs and board games in the side board. The bedroom has plenty of storage in the wardrobes where you’ll find hangers and a hair dryer, it also has a double bed. We will meet and greet our guests on arrival. The bungalow is next to the house we live in and will always make ourselves available to our guests. If I am unavailable to personally meet you on your arrival, you will be greeted by either of my parents. Our bungalow has previously been described as a ‘haven of serenity’. The location is ideal for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life but still be close enough to lots of entertainment. We are within 10 minutes of the M6, M61 and M65. Preston train station is only a 15 minute drive away. We also have multiple local taxi firms that are always readily available We have a 48inch tv with digital channels plus home cinema system with over 150 DVD’s to choose from.
