Delightful, surprisingly sunny 1 bed flat in the heart of Llandrindod Wells. A short walk to all the shops and the railway station is just 1 min away. The flat is very quiet as situated at the back of the building on the first floor. The spa town of Llandrindod Wells has many splendid Victorian buildings, as well as the wonderful Rock Park and Spa as well as the beautiful lake. The flat has high speed broadband. The flat is light and bright with new furnishings. The living room has a daybed and two armchairs and a cosy rug. The curtains have a thermal lining to keep out any drafts. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, toaster etc. The table extends which is very useful if using as a work station. I am available at all times for any advice and help. Rock Park which is less than 5 mins away is a wonderful spot and there is a scenic walk from there along the River Ithon to Lover's Leap. The lake is a 10 minute walk from the flat. The architecture of the town reflects the splendid Victorian heritage of when the Spa Town was at it's height of popularity. The Elan Valley is only 20 minutes away and is not to be missed. The flat is situated very close to a huge Tesco and there is also an Aldi in the town. Everything in Llandrindod is in walking distance! Brecon Beacons 30 mins away by car. Elan valley 20 mins. Hay on Wye is 40 mins away.
