My house is 1min from public transport. The shopping complex and train station are 5 mins away. Perfect location to the beaches close by and easy access to both Joondalup the City and Yanchep further north. The local mini mart plus a take away fish n chips and a dine in woodfired pizza restaurant are all a convenient 1 min walk from my place. Full access to kitchen, living areas, laundry and patio . Parking is also available on the property . Am happy to provide guests with my mobile number to answer any queries or questions you may have prior to and during your stay. lm in a cul-de-sac that doesn't see much traffic and is also within easy walking distance to both the Mindarie Marina and also conveniently close to Clarkson train station if guests don't have their own car .. l like the fact that there are two parks within a 3 min radius as l like to keep reasonably fit with my staffy.. Having a mini mart, Celebrations liquor store plus two great places to eat including a wood fired pizza restaurant and Chippy's eatery all within a two minute walk is super convenient at times ..and would be for any future guests too! Bus route to Clarkson station is the 483 and it departs every 30 mins daily. The train station is 10 mins via the bus with joondalup being 15 mins travel distance and Perth City approx 30mins travel time. I have a very friendly and well trained young English staffy
