Beautiful light basement suite with private bath

This private room is a renovated basement suit with large, charming, and vibrant home. The house has many shared spaces for long term guests including: yard with outdoor seating, and kitchen,We have a friendly, large, playful Bernese Mountain dog (those with fur allergies) Heinens grocery in walking distance -We are near the rapid lineattractions. ( under construction). Close to museums, orchestra, Art Museum , Little Italy, CWRU and many parks. Street pa I own a triplex. This means that there are two other apartment style homes above us, separated vertically. You will have your own room and bathroom - Your room is the bedroom/suite in the basement of our cozy home. You have a living space, microwave, small refrigerator and flat screen TVThere is a full bathroom with a shower and toiletries. Pets are negotiable. For Long Term stays The kitchen (including fridge space and use of appliances and any cutlery + utensils), and the patio are open to you. I have a big shared yard that has a outdoor seating . For longer stays, 1 plus month washer and dryer is available. I am a school teacher and will be working during the day on school days. I have lived in Cleveland pretty much my whole life and will happily share any local recommendations. Your privacy will be respected. Quiet, safe, and progressive. Charming houses with large yards. I am mindful of each guest's space. Mostly Previous airbnb guests have been CWRU students and professors , international travelers, nurses, journalists and passerby’s . . Need to be comfortable amongst a large (but friendly) animal and cognizant of any fur allergies!
