Luxury beach home with beautiful ocean view

The house has an open plan area with a big lounge, dining area and lovely kitchen. The open plan overlooks the ocean and opens up to an outside braai and dining area. There is a small garden and the beach is within walking distance. The house has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. Large windows look out to an ocean view. The couches in the living room provide an area to relax, watch television or read a book. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Furthermore there is four gas stove hobs, an oven, a microwave and two fridges. There is a dishwasher for your use and adjacent to the kitchen is a washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment. The dining room allows for a space where people can have a meal together, while still being able to see the ocean. There is a lovely patio with a table and seating area where guests can enjoy a “braai”, have a meal or just soak in the view. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and can either be made as having a king-size bed or two twin beds. There is ample closet space and the room has a large glass sliding door which opens unto the garden. The second and third bedroom both have two twin beds with ample closet space. There are two more bathrooms, one which has both a shower and a bath. Guests will have access to the house on the first floor. It has a private entrance, sliding doors to a balcony (with a view of the ocean), an outside barbecue and dining area, as well as a small garden. Little to no interaction as we do not live on the property permanently. We will, however, be available telephonically and can easily come to the house if necessary. Buffelsbaai is a small beach town surrounded by the ocean on the South, East and West. It is a tranquil little town only 20km from Knysna where you will find attractions such as restaurants, spa's, boat cruises, golf courses and much more. It is best to have your own car for driving around as there is no public transport or Uber. There is parking available at the house. Please note that cleaning will only take place before guests arrive, as well as afterwards. Additional cleaning services, however, can be arranged at an additional fee.
