Includes a basic, clean and efficient composting toilet, which is maintained by Carolyn as needed. The studio is self-contained and away from the main dwelling. It's your private space. *Carolyn will greet you on arrival then leave you to enjoy your sanctuary in the bush. *Quantum the cat will come by for a visit occasionally. *Naturopath, herbalist and craniosacral therapist Carolyn is on hand for appointments - best to book ahead. Onekaka is the heart of Golden Bay and offers a peaceful rural lifestyle in a strong and friendly community. The Mussel Inn Bush Cafe is our local meeting place and entertainment venue with international guest musicians. Nearby Onekaka Beach is food for the soul in all seasons. The nearest shops are in Takaka (15 km away) or Collingwood (12 Km away) so stock up on groceries and produce before you arrive. It's best to have your own vehicle as there is no public transport in our remote area. *Comfortable queen size bed in main room and double bed in mezzanine loft. *Mezzanine loft is not suitable for very young children.
