Bright and airy attic apartment “Swallows Rest”

Great base for a couple or a family. Centrally placed near kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth. Rural setting with large gardens. Rustic, cosy decor. Guests love the rustic, farmhouse charm and the bright, uplifting space if the Attic. Private with its own garden and patio. Plenty of parking. Guests have their own private patio and garden I am on site for any problems but usually leave guests alone for their tranquility but always happy to help if they need anything. Just ring my doorbell. The house is set only a few minutes from the main road yet very secluded and peaceful. It's not necessary to take small country lanes to find us but on the other hand you can venture into the village and be 'in the sticks'. A car is essential. Plenty of parking. Best beaches and walks are recommended in the information leaflet in the apartment. Sadly no dogs as my free range hens have suffered several attacks. So sorry.
