Countryside cottage with hot tub
Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax to or a small family to get out and about. This is plenty of woodland local walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, it’s dog friendly too! Serafina is made up of three properties, the main barn (where the hosts live), the cottage (attached to the main barn), and the lodge (opposite the barn above the car port). There is a shared gated drive to access all properties. The main garden is for the use of the hosts only. Both guest properties have their own outside areas. The cottage car port is clearly marked and It has its own pathway to reach the front door. The cottage garden is defined by landscapes bushes and is for their sole use, as is the decking area with hot tub. We live in the main barn and both work from home. I can be contacted via messages, phone or just a knock on the door..... We are so lucky living here. We live in a small hamlet where neighbours are friends. Opposite us is a huge strawberry farm that you are able to walk through to reach the small lake. Here you can access many woodland walks or simply take a scenic route into town (about 35 mins). You can cycle to most local places from here, otherwise larger towns like Hereford and Ludlow are about 20 minutes by car. We are happy to help out with lifts to and from the local town if you like to have a drink, if previously arranged at an additional small cost. There is also a local taxi depot. We love living in a little close of barns and are happy to say our neighbours are also our friends. With this in mind, it is not a ‘party place’, please respect our surroundings.
