Charming, sunny apt near ski area

Our cozy apt is on the ground floor of a modern building located 200 mt from ski cableway and indoor pool/spa. You can walk there in 5 minutes. Very sunny, spacious and equipped with all comforts (TV with DVDplayer, washer, kitchen with oven) Cozy fireplace which you can use with caution; ample sun terrace. Direct access to ski lift, swimming pool and sports center. All-wood floor makes the apt cozy and warm, with ample balcony/terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, easy in and out access and room for lodging skis and snowboards. Master bedroom with ample king-size bed, second bedroom with 2 bunk beds + extra roll-out bed. Tha apt can be connected with our other adjoining apt (sleeps 4, also on Airbnb) for a total of 11 beds. Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Complete kitchen equipment (including toaster, blender, etc.), bed linens, extra blankets and bath towels. We are usually not there at the same time as guests, however our friend Irene (who speaks English) will manage all interactions; we are bilingual (Italian and English) and always available on the phone for any special requests. Vassalini is the small part of Chiesa Valmalenco where our apt. is located. It is the most ancient (dates back to the 16th century) and sunny corner of the valley. Beautiful little town square with tiny church and small grocery store /newsstand. Typical restaurant (Vassallo) with a glacier "wandering" boulder enclosed within its structure is right next to our apt. complex. Great food too! At 200 meters from our building you can find (besides the ski area and indoor pool) a bar, tennis courts and kids park with 2 small lakes and running path. Large parking area and bus stops (bus connects Chiesa Valmalenco with Sondrio train station) at 200 meters. The bus trip btw Sondrio and Chiesa takes about 30 minutes.
