The booking rate of 35 euros per night is for up to two people booking the large bedroom with a king sized bed. If you require the second bedroom the extra nightly rate of 15 euros will be added. So two people booking not wishing to share a bedroom will pay 35 + 15 = 50 euros per night, a couple sharing a room will pay 35 euros per night. The pricing of the flat is primarily based on numbers of people but assumes the first two people to book share the main bedroom at a price of 35 euros. Each person after the first two are charged 15 euros a night. However, if two people require two bedrooms then the price will be 35 euros plus 15 euros for the two bedrooms. Any bedrooms that are not pre-booked will be unavailable.
