We offer a self-contained studio, set in a large peaceful family block. A welcome continental breakfast is included in the rate. Bus 901 to airport( need two hours to airport, I know it's slow:(,if you are not in a hurry, you can have a tour to see some suburbs:-). 5 mins drive to Greensbough shopping center. 15mins to Doncaster shopping center. 5-8 min drive to two train station A country designed studio in the heart of Lower Plenty just a short walk to a vibrant shopping strip. This is a fully self-contained Studio with private access, kitchen and bathroom, Wifi internet. Plenty free parking spaces:) First Aid kit bag also available for the guests:) Create a clean and comfortable environment for guests are our main purpose. All the linens and towels will be properly washed, Doona and pillow will put under the sun in the good days, and will be regular wash and replace as well:) All the cleaning equipments are separate with bathroom, kitchen and living area. Hygenic and the infection control and are the main thing of creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests:) This small studio is compact, cosy and great for short/long stay. There are two beds, one Queen and one sofa which can be converted to a queen bed if required. All linen provided, and sleeps a maximum of 2 (or 2 adults 2 children)(Baby cot and high chair available) Guests will have their own key and discreet entrance. The space has it's own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen includes an electric stove/oven, fridge, microwave and all small cooking equipment. Wifi internet connection, TV , air conditioning and heating, private access . We will show guests the space, and then leave them to their privacy. If they need suggestions as to where to eat or shop we are always there to give advice. Centrally located close to many cafes, shops, supermarkets. 2 minute walk to a good supermarket, so living can be very cheap if you desire it. Close to Latrobe University and RMIT. 3 min walking distance to Lower Plenty Primary School. Very close (2 minute walk) to bus service and transport to Rosanna Station, which is 10 minutes away. 901 go to Melbourne airport:) The space has it's own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
