Hinterthal is a small, gorgeous Austrian village in the middle of the Alps. Ski rental shops, ski lifts, the ski school, cafes and restaurants are all 5-mins walking distance from our flat. Our flat has 2 separate bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen and is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including WiFi, a smart TV and dishwasher. It has a private terrace with a view of the river and woods. It takes 5-7 minutes by car to get to Maria Alm where you have grocery stores. Our building of 8 flats is located in an area of Hinterthal that has beautiful, large owner-occupied homes. This flat is very cosy and warm, and has a gorgeous, south-facing sunny view of the forest and small river. Everything is included in the price and cleaning fee: - full kitchen with dishwasher, plates and cutlery, pots and pans, refrigerator and separate freezer - private terrace with table and chairs - smart TV and WiFi - all bedding and towels The larger bedroom features a King-size bed with one good sized closet and two night stands. The smaller bedroom has a single bed plus a fold-out futon cube for a fourth person if needed. This smaller room has an abundance of cabinets and drawers plus another closet. The cleaning fee includes: - full apartment cleaning after your stay - mandatory government tax per person - full linen service (bedding and towels) and on-call maintenance Guests will access every part of the space - the full run of the private flat, as well as the laundry room downstairs, and one parking spot outside. As our guest, you will have the whole flat to yourselves. The kitchen has all modern amenities, including a full dishwasher, electric stove with four hot plates, a full oven plus a refrigerator and separate freezer. There are windows in most of the rooms with pretty views that feature the surrounding nature. This flat is in the middle of Hinterthal and is 5 minutes walking distance to nearby restaurants, cafes, sport shops and to the main ski lifts. Our building is in the middle of the village, and a few minutes walking distance to hotels, restaurants, cafes and bus stops. You're also 5 minutes walking distance to 3 different ski lifts. Our flat comes with one designated parking spot. You'll have to park in this specific parking spot, because all spots have been assigned. When facing our building, 16 Untere Sonnleiten, your parking spot is exactly between 16 and the next building downhill, 14 Untere Sonnleiten. So you're about 7 parking spots downhill from our building's front door. If you have questions, our property manager can you identify the correct parking spot when you meet them upon your arrival. We are taking Covid-19 very seriously and abide by AirBnB guidelines for sanitising before and after each Guest stay.
