This luminous 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Saifi Village offers guests ultimate style, comfort and luxury. The walls boast bright, one-piece artworks and the living room and bedrooms are glamorously furnished with unique art deco pieces, from white leather sofas to in-built color-changing lighting. With two full bathrooms, a guest WC, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, this apartment will leave you wanting nothing more during your stay in Beirut. The apartment opens up onto a spacious and luminous living/dining area. Furnished with thick white leather sofas, a long, fixed to the ground dining table with plenty of seating room, a TV and in-built color changing lighting, the space will have you believe you’re living in an artist residence from a bygone era. Just a peek out of the large arched windows will remind you that you are in fact in 21st century Beirut, situated in one of the city’s finest, safest and most picturesque neighborhoods: Saifi Village. To the right of the apartment entrance you’ll find the corridor leading to the three double bedrooms, each with its own unique character and charm. Plenty of closet space, remote-controlled blinds and in-built AC systems provide each bedroom with utmost comfort and luxury. The first bathroom, equipped with a modern, state-of-the-art shower and a double sink basin, is shared between the first two bedrooms, while the third bedroom has access to an en-suite bathroom with grey marble floors and bath tub. To the left of the apartment entrance you’ll find the U-shaped kitchen, fully equipped with a large oven and stove top, a fridge & freezer, and a kettle, while the cabinets and drawers contain all the kitchen utensils you might need during your stay, from cooking utensils to a full wine-glass set! The laundry room can be accessed from the kitchen, and contains a washer & dryer, two drying racks, an iron & ironing board, and an additional WC. Guests have private access to the entire apartment, and shared access to the backdoor courtyard. We give our guests complete privacy during their stay, but are always available to answer any questions and see to any needs. Saifi Village is a little picturesque gem, set in the heart of Beirut, bang in the middle between East and West. Totally rebuilt after Beirut’s civil war, the area’s buildings imitate the architecture of Beirut’s 40s and 50s era, with arched windows, large open plan common spaces and high ceilings dominating the interior landscape. With 24/7 street security, the area is considered one of the city’s safest, and also one of the few areas where people can walk around easily and stress-free. Saifi village contains a number of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops, all gathering country-wide and even international fame for the top quality services and products offered. Just a few minutes walk out of Saifi Village and you hit the intersection with Gouraud Street, the entrance of the Gemmayzeh district full of bars, cafes, restaurants and local art galleries. From Gemmayzeh you can easily continue walking to Mar Mikhael, Beirut’s famous nightlife area, where bars are brimming with life and music seven nights a week. On the other end of Saifi Village you’ll find yourself wandering into Downtown, whose rich and interesting history has in many ways more to offer than its current raison d’être, namely a modern, outdoor high-end shopping mall and bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, a guided tour of the area is highly recommended for a fuller understanding of the historical and cultural importance of this integral part of town. A bit further afield and you’ll reach the residential area of Clemenceau followed by the bustling commercial area of Hamra, both areas certainly worth discovering. The uniquely convenient aspect of being located in Saifi Village is that you’re walking distance to virtually every part of central Beirut, be it Downtown, East or West. For days when the weather permits, walking is highly recommended, as you don’t risk getting stuck in traffic and can fully soak in the city. The service (pronounced “servees”) is a shared taxi service which is not only handy but also probably your cheapest option. Just make sure you have exact change - 2,000LL per person - to avoid getting ripped off! To catch a service off the street just hail any car with a red license plate and let the driver know the general area you wish to go to. For a more door-to-door service, Uber, Careem or private taxi are all recommended forms of transport, especially when getting around town at night. - Smoking is allowed on the balconies only. - Please do not make too much noise after 11pm. - Please do not throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl. - Please save water as much as possible! - Please turn ACs and light switches off before leaving the apartment. - Please leave your keys on the living room table before checking out.
