There is an additional $50 pet fee The cottage accommodates 7 guests. However, if you plan on having an extra guest or 2, please send a request prior to booking. There is an additional fee of $25 per guest, per night. The cottage has well water and is perfectly safe to consume. However some guests prefer to bring their own water There is an outdoor fire pit. Wood is not provided, please bring your own wood to burn. Propane for the bbq is provided. Please no parking on Mansfield Avenue. There is ample parking in the back or on the side street Please try to limit the amount of waste used :)
