Le Chalet du Bourget cottage closeby Dolce Via

The Chalet du Bourget is located in a quiet place, close to the village where you can find bakeries, groceries, restaurants, a market with local products once a week, many rivers to swim in. The view from the cottage is lovely and there is a little stream down the property. The walking & cycling way Dolce Via is just 150m from the house. Many walking paths (where you can find mushrooms !) are closeby the house. The cottage is on the ground floor of the house with an independant entry. There is a floor heating system (without additionnal costs). The two bedrooms are fully furnished with modern style wardrobes and you can enjoy rainshower in the ensuite bathroom. Beds are made upon arrival, linen and towels are supplied. An additional cabinet can be found in the hall so you can easily store your personnal belongings. The kitchen is equiped with a large fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave oven, induction plate. Coffee, tea and some basic cooking items are available. The spacious covered private terrace allows you to take your meal outside. In case of bad weather you can relax inside within the small sitting area with sofa, books and board games. The laundry room can be available on demand. 3G/4G can be received at the cottage (no wifi available). You will have a dedicated place to park your car easily within the property and there is a garage to store safely your (electric) bikes. There are many walking paths starting from the house, do not hesitate to ask me for recommendations ! The Dolce Via (beautiful walking & cycling path along Eyrieux valley) is just 150m away ! You can rent/repair classic and electric bikes at the village.
