Brize Norton, Oxfordshire comfortable apartment

Self contained first floor apartment with a double bedroom, own bathroom, separate sitting room with kitchen area. It is an extension to our home but has its own separate entrance door. Use of private garden. Located in the Cotswold village of Brize Norton, West Oxfordshire . Convenient for Oxford, Blenheim Palace, The Cotswold Wildlife Park, Bibury, Bicester Village and much more. This apartment is an extension to our house and was built in 2012, so it is modern and comfortable. The bedroom has a large chest of drawers and hanging space with additional storage. There is sole use of the bathroom which has a bath, shower, WC and razor/electric toothbrush socket and heated towel rail. The separate sitting room has a sofa, table and TV and wi-fi. There is a small kitchen area with sink, fridge, two plate hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pans, plates etc. This is a self contained apartment and there is no access to the rest of the house. However, we have a small, enclosed garden with table and chairs which you are very welcome to use. I would hope to be able to meet you and welcome you to the house and give you some ideas of where to go locally. Brize Norton is a small village situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, close to the attractive market town of Witney, the medieval town of Burford and the large village of Bampton, where some of Downton Abbey was filmed. There are numerous pubs and places of interest in the local area. Walking from the house will take you across fields and up to a hill with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. Very good location for exploring the Cotswolds and Oxford- 14 miles away with a regular bus service. Please note, the village is adjacent to RAF Brize Norton so there will be some aircraft noise at times. This is a working village and tractors passing by at busy times of the farming year can be noisy. There is a regular- 2-3 x per hour bus service to Witney and Oxford, with connections on to London. A car is needed to make the most of exploring the local area. The nearest train stations are Charlbury, Oxford and Didcot. This is close to RAF Brize Norton. There are good opportunities to see planes taking off and landing nearby. It is ideally located for anyone working on the Base. It is also close to popular wedding venues, eg Caswell House, Brize Norton and Friars court, Clanfield.
