The snowdrop and his garden in front of the lake

Our apartment "snowdrop" has recently been completely renovated. It presents itself in a modern and elegant style, with wood as principal element. It is situated on the first floor of a 4 apartment building in the nicest area of Predazzo. You will also have at your disposal a private garden as also a private parking (in front of the house) and a private cellar. In front of the house you will also find a lovely swimming lake. Kitchen and living room have thanks to their wood elements a warm atmosphere. The kitchen is very well equipped, you will have at your disposal i.e. a nespresso and an americano coffee machine etc. etc. In the living room you will find a large sofa and a Panasonic LED 49" TV. 1 double bedroom 1 bunk bedroom 1 bathroom with double basins and a luxury shower with underfloor heating 1 daily toilet with an urinal for our gentlemen guests on the second floor you will find an open space environment with a double bed with own TV on one side and on the other side two single beds. The space is open but can be considered as devided rooms. On the groud floor you have 80 m² private garden at your disposal. Our guests have at their disposal: the rooms as explained above the 80 m² garden on the ground floor, one private parking in front of the house (and very near to our house you will find a free parking area) one separate cellar where you can put your private things as ski ecc. Here we also have our washing machine. As I don't live in Predazzo I won't be there during all your stay but I will be there at your arrival to welcome and explain you all the necessary about our apartment. The "snowdrop" is situated in the nicest zone of Predazzo. This very calm area is characterized by gardens and meadows. Directly in front of our house you will find the bicycle lane and a wonderful swimming see. The center of the village is only 800 m far from our apartment. Very close you will also find the forest, an athletic court, a soccer field and a very nice children's playground. The famous skiing area Val di Fiemme-Obereggen is only 3 km far from our house. During the winter you can reach the famous skiing area Val di Fiemme-Obereggen (3 km far from our house) by skibus. You will find the bus stop at 300 m from our apartment. Near to our house there is a free parking area. Directly in front of our apartment there is a wonderful bathing lake. The famous skiing area Val di Fiemme-Obereggen is only 3 km far from our house. As you will be in the middle of the Dolomites you will have a lot of possibilities regarding alpine skiing or cross country skiing. Don't forget the very famour skiing area "Sellaronda". The very famous cross country skiing area "Marcialonge" is also very close to our house. THE "SNOWDROP" IS OUR SECOND HOME IN THE MOUNTAINS. THAT'S WHY YOU WILL FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE AND HOMELY APARTMENT FOR WHICH WE REQUEST A RESPECTABLE AND CAUTIOUS TREATMENT.
