This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you. The property has three bedrooms and two living areas. The house has two bathrooms, one is the ensuite joined to the main bedroom, the second has a shower and a spa bath. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom. There are 2 single beds in the third bed room plus a camp bed in the wardrobe. The black 2 seater couch fold out to another single bed. There are bikes in the shed for adults and children. There is a BBQ available as well as two outdoor tables for alfresco eating. The location is extremely quiet and would suit people who want to relax and who enjoy a peaceful environment.
