Includes exclusive use of outside covered patio with table, chairs and BBQ. Guests have exclusive use of this self-contained flat which is completely separate from the main house. The flat is situated at the back of our property, above our ground floor study, and has its own private entrance. The upstairs flat has its own covered patio, a living/sleeping area with kitchenette, a small study and a separate bathroom. Laundry facilities are available upon request. We live in the main house and are usually on hand to help with any questions during your stay. However, the flat is private and secluded from the rest of the property, and we will give you your space unless you need help with anything. There are a number of parks and public spaces nearby, which are easily accessible by foot, car and public transport. Castlecrag Village and Willoughby High Street are a few minutes walk away and provide excellent dining options during the day and in the evenings. Parking is available in the nearby side streets. We are well served by buses to the city. They start at about 5am and run to about midnight. On average they run every 30 minutes and take 30 minutes. During weekday peak hours, they run every 10 to 15 minutes and take about 20 minutes depending on the traffic and time of day. The closest train stations are North Sydney and Chatswood, both of which are serviced by buses from our place. We are approximately a 3 minute walk from our closest Bus stops which are on the corner of Robert St and Eastern Valley way, Willoughby East. Our property is on a main road which gives you great bus links into the City, as well as to local hubs such as Chatswood and North Sydney.
