Nirvana: Luxurious Pool & Garden Villa in Vasai

Welcome to Nirvana Villa Vasai! Half-acre 4 bedroom luxurious Bungalow is located in the heart of Vasai (w), an ex-Portuguese colony. It's ideal for parties or a relaxing weekend break. Our property has a large landscaped garden, a beautiful swimming pool, ample parking and a small personal org farm too. Ideal for family get-togethers, partying with friends or office outings - can accommodate up to 25-30, comfortably. Our amenities, space & homely environment will make your stay memorable! The garden lawns, the greenery surrounding the villa and the swanky new swimming pool are some of the highlights here. It's beautiful in the monsoon especially, and really cool in the winters. We have covered parking for 2 cars and 6 more cars can be accommodated within the compound. Sometimes, 1 or 2 of our own cars may also be parked in the premises, so guests may have to accommodate a little. (For the dog lovers) We also have 3 large dogs, a Doberman and two Labradors who are quite happy for attention. There is a large screen TV in the living area for entertainment. But I doubt you're here to watch TV, when there's so much fun enjoying nature, lazing in the pool and open spaces outside, no? :) Our care takers are village folks with limited linguistic skills, so "Hindi" is the only language they'll understand. Though we expect that you'll be good guests and care for this home just like your own you don't have to do the heavy lifting during your holiday. Our caretakers will carry out daily housekeeping, so that you don't have to worry about cleanliness while you're there. The staff will try to remain out of sight to give you privacy but they'll be just one shout-out away. They have their own living quarters at the property. You can have them run basic errands if, required. Do tip then well if you're happy with their service. ~ABOUT FOOD~ You have 3 options for food. Opton A - We have 2 large fully functional kitchens, 1 indoor and another outdoor. Guests can feel free to use these kitchens, including all equipments available there. You can either bring your ingredients or have our care taker buy them for you from the local market, just pay them cash in advance. Option B - If you don't wish to cook while on vacation, we can arrange for bulk orders from recommended (tried/tasted) local catering partners (veg/non-veg). Option C - Finally, if you want to simply order-in, we can also recommend local restaurants which we prefer to order from usually. (Zomato/Swiggy delivers to our villa) There is nothing off limits as such, you're free to use the entire property and all rooms. Guests just need to keep away from private wardrobes in the bedrooms, unless specified otherwise. There are total 2 kitchens, one indoor and another outdoor. The outdoor one is quite popular with guests, it's uniquely placed outside the house on the backyard deck with a large dining table and seating arrangements, along with a BBQ stand. You're free to use these kitchens and equipments there, but please bring your own ingredients/food materials. We can also provide complimentary BBQ kit, if you request one. 2 of the main bedrooms have a separate study area with a desk and chairs. Also, 3 of the bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floor have private terraces each. My husband (Jay) and I don't live here but our parents frequently stay at the property. We have 24x7 live-in Caretakers at the property and a manager also available to make your stay more comfortable. I will be fully available on phone during your stay. Note: sometimes, if I'm over in Vasai, I do get the chance to meet and greet, but happens rarely. The neighborhood falls in the Green Zone so there's very moderate residences around, and the ones which exist are mostly private houses like ours (not many apartment buildings). Vasai used to be a Portuguese colony and hence you'll discover many influences of the Portuguese era around, for example, the several churches with Portuguese architecture, a large historic Portuguese fort (left with remnants of lost battles), the local cuisine is mixed with Portuguese touches, there's also a couple of different beaches which can give a different flavour to your stay. All bedrooms have double beds but extra mattresses can be provided if your group is large. We have a diesel generator as back-up so you don't have to worry about power-outages, which do happen some times. NOTE: Airbnb rent doesn't include any payments made for other services like buying groceries.
