This beautiful studio has everything you may need, whether you are staying for just 2 nights or even 2 weeks. From kitchen and cooking facilities with tea, coffee and milk complimentry . A washing machine is also included for those wanting to stay on top of washing with families or longer stays. The studio is modern and very comfortable with wi-fi. Conveniently located a few minutes away from Amaroo Village which includes 2 supermarkets, cafes & Gungahlin township only a 5 minute drive away. The studio has been furnished with a modern, simplistic and practical design with hints of botanic beauty. The magnificent magnolia tree right out the front of the studio sets the scene for your extremly comfy and private stay located on a very quiet street. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is comfy, modern, private, spotless and value for money you cannot go past this studio. I like to give my guests privacy but I am always available if they need me via message. Amaroo Village is the closest shops which includes Coles and Aldi Supermarkets, Priceline chemist, Coffee Guru, hairdresser, Wok it Up noodle bar, Burger with the lot, Liquorland, bakery, Indian supermarket and a petrol station. These shops are conveniently located 3 km away. Yerrabi Pond is practically on your doorstep, within a 5 minute walk. The pond is picturesque on a sunny day which includes 2 playgrounds for the kids to play on, small outdoor exercise station half way around the pond and several cafes and eateries located on the Gungahlin side of the pond. Amaroo is only 12 minutes drive from Exhibition Park which hosts the Farmers Markets every Sunday, numerous events including the beautiful Handmade Markets which are held quarterly, to large scale events like Summer Nationals held every January for car enthusiasts. On Katherine Avenue bus stops are located for ease of getting around. In Gungahlin (a 5 min drive) there is the light rail tram station which goes into the City & back again on a very frequent basis (depending on the time of day). An Apple TV box is included in the studio for guests to stream Netflix using their own Netflix account (a free 30 day trial is available through Netflix if you don’t already have an account).
