Casa Lady D'Ávila – Confortable villa, 3 bedrooms and pool located in a quiet area This tastefully decorated villa is situated in a quiet corner of the Urbanization of Vale da Telha, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Ideal for spending confortable family holidays. This beautiful villa is only a few minutes drive from the beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clérigo. Quiet location, near to beautiful beaches, ideal for nature lovers and surfers. Surf lessons and board rentals can be arranged, as well as kayak trips. You will have accesss to the entire villa and swimming pool. The villa and swimming pool is not shared with other persons. My co-host Solange will always available for any information needed or anything regarding the villa. Located in quiet area, but near to supermarkets (5 min walk) and to restaurants. No public transport. Own transport or rental car is essential. Two storey villa. There are internal and external stairs to climb. Nearest beaches 4,2km. Monte Clérigo Beach and Arrifana Beach. The villa has no central heating. There are electric heaters in the bedrooms and there is an excellent woodburner in the living area. There are local log suppliers. Beach towels are not provided.
