This upper level apartment, which sits high in a well-treed block, is fully self contained in a house. We have opened the property to pets as the block is fully fenced with lots of sunny deck areas. The upper level has a separate entrance and that decking area can be locked off for your pet. This is perfect for couples or a couple with 2 children. There is a sofa bed in the media room for some more flexibility in sleeping arrangements (will need notice). The apartment is spacious, with separate living areas, 2 large bedrooms and is fully equipped. The main areas are airconditioned and the bedrooms have fans. The house is new and built with extensive use of native woods. it is designed to make use of the panoramic views. There is a fireplace and firepit as well as a BBQ. The upper areas and decks. There is off street parking for 2 cars. The block is fully enclosed. WE live on the northern Gold Coast and are a 45 minute drive away. We are next to the iconic PurlingBrook falls. The street has 2 cafes for lunches or a coffee break. All other attractions are within 10 minutes drive. There are several areas to walk your pet. You can walk to PurlingBrook falls but need a car to get to other walking areas. There are no supermarkets nor service stations in the Springbrook village
