Brand new, spacious, and modern 3-bedroom with ensuites, fully self-contained townhouse with balcony, one of four townhouses on Doncaster Road, perfect for one or two families or three couples; walking distance to Doncaster Westfield Shoppingtown, public transport is just 100m away to downtown CBD, close to variety of restaurants to satisfy every palate. In short, the place is home away from home. It’s a quiet and spacious townhouse furthest away from the main road. The smart TV can be connected to WIFI and use to watch YouTube or Netflix. A car parking spot is reserved for your car in our safe basement garage. The townhouse has its own laundry with a washing machine and dryer. For guests who are staying longer and want to have the house cleaned, we can organize a cleaner at $75/hour payable to her directly. Linens and towels can be refreshed at a small cost( face towels $1 each; hand towels $2 each; bath towels $5 each; bed linens $10/single,$17/queen and $20/king). We are easily accessible for questions via text, phone or email. We enjoy interacting with people of all races and of all walks. We’d do our best to help answer any questions you may have. Our townhouse is located conveniently close to freeway that leads to many attractions including the CBD. There are buses that take you to the CBD just 100m from the property. It’s close to many great restaurants of all cuisines and the local library, many parks. There’s also a dental and medical clinics just next to it. Bus that brings you to Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre and CBD can be taken at the bus stop just 200m away on Doncaster Road from the property. There's also bus that takes you to Box Hill at another bus stop that's 2-3 minutes walk away on Wetherby Road. On weekdays, there's parking available along the roadside just outside the property most of the times except between 7am-9am and 4pm-7pm which become bus lane during these peak hours. However there's a street off Doncaster Road not far from the property called Lauer Street, where you can safely park, but beware of time constraints. If you need to hire a driver with a car to drive you around, we can arrange for you at a cost of $50/hour or $350/8-hour-day for a sedan which can carry a maximum of 4 passengers or $60/hour or $450/8-hour-day for a BMW X5 which can carry a maximum of 4 passengers. If there’re 5-6 passengers, we can give you a quote for the service if you require it. This service is only available if book at least 2 days in advance.
