Beautiful apartment with loggia and parking

Tidy flat with spacious living room, loggia and a free parking spot. The loggia is accessible via the first bedroom. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a lovely dining place and a fireplace. The kitchen provides all necessities and has a big window. In the second bedroom there are two single beds which can be put together if needed. It takes approx. 40 mins to get to city centre by public transport and around 30 by car (depends on traffic). The flat is situated on the first floor (without elevator) in a quiet neighbourhood. From a corridor the smaller bedroom, bathroom, toilet and living room are accessible. The lovely bedroom with a huge wardrobe has two Single beds which can be put to one big bed and is accessible from the living room. The living room is furnished with a comfy and big sofa and a big TV, to provide full enjoyment and some time to relax. Additionally, there is a dining table, the whole dining area is equipped with many details. The kitchen is equipped with many kitchen appliances like a coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and microwave oven. The apartment is situated in an apartment building in the quiet 22nd district. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to many stores, a grocery store is right across the street and also a cosmetic salon is around. The bus station Landesstraße is directly next to the apartment, from there Bus 88A and 26A depart every few minutes and takes you to the underground line U2. For pets, we have to charge €70 for extra cleaning. Haustiere sind auf € 70 Aufpreis erlaubt.
