National parks abound and are only a few minutes away by car. The cottage which has been personally designed and built recently, is a very private and peaceful retreat. You can easily unwind and relax in the garden setting, enjoy some fun or therapy in the pool. The pool area is very sunny so is perfect for sunbathing. Inside the cottage, the design exudes old world charm, but has all the modern conveniences. It's furnished with bespoke antiques and quality bedding. The interior is a very quiet and calm space. It such an enjoyable stroll to the village shops and restaurants and local cinema. The garden, pool and spa. Roseville is characterised by its lush and leafy roadsides, parks, and gardens. The historic Roseville Cinema on the Pacific Highway it noted for its Art Deco facade. The Chatswood CBD is only a short walk away of 15 minutes, or one train stop. Its a Super convenient location. The train station is a short 200 metre stroll, and its the quickest way to travel through all of Sydney. There is also a taxi stand right outside the station. It's also a short walk (10-15 minutes) to Chatswood Shopping Centre and Chatswood Chase, or one train stop. The train tip into the city is only 20 minutes. A taxi to the Airport will cost approx $80.00. You can catch a train to and from the Airport, its about a 45 minute trip. Change platforms at Central Station. The pool is not heated. No pets are allowed in the pool. There is an additional Pet Cleaning fee of $70. No additional guests or parties are permitted.
