The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage

Situated on the outskirts of the village of Pilley is a self contained unit comprising of a bedroom with an en suite shower room, kitchen/diner and a lounge. It is in the grounds of Cherrytree cottage with access to the large bottom half of the garden including use of the summerhouse and loungers. The Lodge has a designated parking spot off road within the grounds of Cherrytree cottage. We provide breakfast daily. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with an en suite shower room including a toilet and hand basin. The kitchen/diner has basic cooking facilities of a toaster, kettle, microwave and there is a fridge. There is also a washing machine. Breakfast is provided daily The lounge has a smartTV and is connected to the internet and a DVD player - with a selection of DVD'S to watch. To access Netflix please read the instructions in the Info pack in the Lodge. There is Wifi, however it has to be noted that as we are in countryside the internet speeds are not of the highest quality - ideal if you want to get away from it all completely. The large bottom half of the garden is for the use of guests as is the summerhouse and loungers provided. Dogs are welcome and are charged at £5 per night / dog. A put you up bed is also available on request for £ 20/2nights. These payments to be made in cash on arrival. There are bicycles available for your use should you wish . If you are interested in having a BBQ we do have a gas one for your use. As the property is in the grounds of our home, there will normally be someone around most off the time. The Lodge at Cherrytree cottage has lovely walks that are a few minutes away. There is a village shop that has a post office and basic essentials for your every day needs, 5-10 min walk. A 15min walk will bring you the local pub - The Fleur de Lys which is reputedly the oldest in the New Forest. The Georgian town of Lymington is a 10 min. drive as is Beaulieu, where Beaulieu palace and abbey has an heritage of 800yrs and has been in the Montague family for over 400 yrs. It is also home to the famous Beaulieu Motor Museum. There are a number of beaches and attractions within a 30 min. drive.
