Fteroti house, with a magnificent view!

Fteroti house is a traditional, all-season, apartment with a magnificent view of the island of Diaporos and the surrounding islands, of mount Áthos and the island of Amouliani. The house,surrounded by olive and pine trees, is only 150m away from our gorgeous, petite, semi-private. Η Φτερωτή είναι ένα παραδοσιακό διαμέρισμα για κάθε εποχή, με εκπληκτική θέα του Διαπόρου και των γύρω νησιών. Το σπίτι, περιτριγυρισμένο από ελαιόδεντρα και πεύκα, απέχει μόνο 150 μ από τη σχεδόν ιδιωτική παραλία. It’s the upper apartment of a two- storey house. At the ground floor there are two other apartments that host guests. The whole area is very peaceful and quiet facing east, allowing you to admire wonderful sunrises, if you are an early bird ! In the winter, the fireplace gives a cozy undertone. The view is stunning either from the main balcony (which has lots of space to sit around and dine), the living room, the kitchen or even from the two bedrooms which share a smaller balcony! There is an even smaller balcony, at the west side of the kitchen, that faces towards the pine forest. Wherever one looks, the eyes meet a beautiful landscape either towards the sea or the forest around! There is also a gazebo for shared use of the guests. The apartment has plenty of room (88 sqm) to make you feel right at home. With 2 bedrooms, 3 balconies, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room we think you’re going to be pretty comfortable! The beach, nearly private, is reachable on foot, only 150m away from the house. To get to the beach you just follow a smooth path that lets you experience the beauty of nature firsthand! Access to the sea is also easy with a gentle dip in the water. The sea water is pretty warm and rarely has big waves because of the island of Diaporos that stands like a boarder! Two sunbeds are available for you! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ο επάνω όροφος ενός διόροφου οικήματος. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκονται άλλα δύο μικρότερα διαμερίσματα που επίσης μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν επισκέπτες. Η περιοχή έχει ιδιαίτερη ηρεμία και ησυχία και καθώς είναι στραμμένη ανατολικά, μπορείτε να θαυμάσετε τα υπέροχα χρώματα της ανατολής! Το χειμώνα, το τζάκι προσδίδει θαλπωρή και ζεστασιά! Η θέα είναι εξαιρετική και μπορείτε να την απολαύσετε από πολλές μεριές. Πρώτα, από το μεγάλο μπαλκόνι (που έχει αρκετό χώρο για να καθίσετε χαλαρά ή και γύρω από το τραπέζι), μετά από το σαλόνι, από την κουζίνα (που από το μπαλκόνι της βλέπετε στο πευκοδάσος), κι από τα υπνοδωμάτια και το μπαλκόνι τους. Στο κτήμα υπάρχει κι ένα κιόσκι το οποίο μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιείτε. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο (88 τ.μ.), έτσι ώστε να σας κάνει αμέσως να αισθανθείτε άνετα. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπαλκόνια, 1 κουζίνα κι ένα φιλόξενο σαλόνι. Η παραλία είναι σχεδόν ιδιωτική. Απέχει μόλις 150 μέτρα και μπορεί κανείς να πάει εκεί με τα πόδια, ακολουθώντας ένα μονοπάτι μέσα στη φύση! Η θάλασσα είναι ρηχή κι έχει μια πολύ ομαλή κλίση. Τα νερά είναι ζεστά και σχεδόν ποτέ δεν έχει κύματα καθώς το νησί του Διάπορου είναι σαν κυματοθραύστης! Στην αμμουδιά παρέχονται δύο ξαπλώστρες! Visitors have the whole apartment for use. A small warehouse and one wardrobe out of two, in bedroom 1, are locked holding personal belongings. Also, a glass door furniture in the living room holds utilities for exposure, not for use. Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να χρησιμοποιήσουν ολόκληρο το διαμέρισμα. Μία μικρή αποθήκη και μία από τις δύο ντουλάπες στο Δωμάτιο 1, παραμένουν κλειδωμένα. A day excurtion to Mount Athos or a visit to Diaporos and the small islands around it by renting a boat is a unique experience! Also visiting Parthenonas, a traditional village in the mainland is a worthwhile trip! Vourvourou, Ormos Panagias, Agios Nikolaos, Nikiti are villages close to “Fteroti house” where one can find mini and super markets, fresh fish market (Ormos Panagias), restaurants, taverns, bars, ATM’s and other places of interest! Within walking distance, about 600m, there is Camping Rea where you could also find a mini market with just the basics and a small restaurant with a few dishes. A road trip around the peninsula of Sithonia would be an opportunity to experience beautiful Greek beaches, small villages or even trying scuba diving and other sea sports! Μία ημερήσια εκδρομή με πλοιαράκι στο Άγιον Όρος, η ενοικίαση βάρκας για περιήγηση στα νησάκια γύρω από τον Διάπορο, προσφέρουν μία μοναδική εμπειρία! Επίσης, αξίζει μία επίσκεψη στο παραδοσιακό ορεινό χωριό του Παρθενώνα. Η Βουρβουρού, ο Όρμος Παναγίας, ο Άγιος Νικόλαος, η Νικήτη είναι οικισμοί και χωριουδάκια που μπορεί κάποιος να βρει σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατοτόρια, ταβέρνες και άλλα ενδιαφέροντα. Ο γύρος του «ποδιού» της Σιθωνίας είναι μία ευκαιρία να δει κάποιος τις ομορφιές των παραλιών και των χωριών. Σε κάποιες παραλίες υπάρχει δυνατότητα για καταδύσεις και άλλα θαλάσσια σπορ! The parking spot for the apartment is right across the main entrance of the house. If there is a second car, it should be parked in a parking space,just before one enters the premises. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης του αυτοκινήτου, είναι ακριβώς απέναντι από την κεντρική είσοδο του σπιτιού. Αν υπάρχει δεύτερο αυτοκίνητο σταθμεύεται στον χώρο στάθμευσης ακριβώς πριν μπούμε στην ιδιοκτησία. The washing machine is free of charge. There is a table and a plain chair for work in Bedroom 2 (shown in photos). Two umbrellas are available, though there is plenty of tree shadow at the beach. Το πλυντήριο ρούχων παρέχεται δωρεάν. Υπάρχει γραφείο με καρέκλα στο Δωμάτιο 2, όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Παρέχονται 2 ομπρέλες θαλάσσης, παρότι υπάρχει πολλή φυσική σκιά δέντρων στην παραλία μας.
