Located in the lovely hilltop village of Monterinaldo the three-storey house has been restored to a high standard. With its honey coloured stone brickwork it is perfectly in keeping with its surroundings of undulating hills and countryside, fine views of which can be seen from the top two floors. The house is easily located in the village as it sits next to the church of Santa Rosario in the old district. The village has a well-stocked shop, post office, pharmacy and bar all within 200 metres walking distance, the Mont Orso agriturismo (excellent restaurant with local food and wine ) is a 15 minute walk away, or there is plenty of choice for dining in nearby restaurants and Agriturismos. The fine beaches of the adriatic coast are a 20 -30 minute drive away, as are the beautiful mountains of the Sibilini National Park. Monterinaldo has a Roman archaeological site; opening times for visits are posted at the entrance or in the local bar. It is only 30 km from the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, and 60 km NE of historic Ascoli Piceno. The Sibilini Mountains and the beautiful surrounding national park area are within easy reach. The property has 2 double bedrooms and comfortably accomodates 4 adults. Central heating and room fans available if required depending on season. The house backs on to a quiet communal garden which you are welcome to use, sun loungers are in the basement, please no music or barbeques in the garden. There is ample parking at the front or at the end of the street only a few metres away. Travel to Ancona, Pescara, Rimini or Rome airports. Ancona is the closest airport 110kms away (about 75 minutes).
