All facilities and amenities including modern kitchen, laundry, own bathroom, separate toilet etc . Swimming pool and gas BBQ near pool also available. Men's and ladies bicycles available for use. As much as you are comfortable with. If you want to be alone I will not bother you or if you would like to accompany me on any of my outings or to dine with me if I'm home you would be made welcome. I normally reside on the property and I may or may not be there as I travel a lot. Quiet location next to Arundel Hills Golf Course. Forest with kangaroos and ample wildlife within a short walking distance. The Gold Coast's biggest outlet shopping centre is only 5 minutes away. Walking distance to bus transport. 3 kilometers to train station. Can bicycle (supplied) to university and hospital and shopping. 40 minutes to Brisbane by car. 15 minutes to beaches. 10 minutes to most theme parks. As i work from home on most occasions i can drop you either at the theme parks or bus, train and tram stations. If I am at home we share the kitchen, family and outdoor areas.
