A truly memorable experience to be enjoyed. Pet & child friendly The 2 main bedrooms are spacious with wardrobe storage in both master bedrooms. It has 2 bunk beds and a spare fold out portable single bed that can be used in the main living room area. The lounge /dining area can comfortably accommodate 6+ adults for both meals and entertainment. The 2 new leather recliners seat 3-4 adults on each, & can be used as extra beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 gas burners & an electric oven + a microwave oven if needed, and all cooking utensils etc. The gardens are established 35 years, and the gardens are now opening for guests to stay. Ideal for a weekend escape or longer stay to explore the Sunshine Coast and hinterland. The plant collection featured on 5 different TV shows & is unique! Everything in the guesthouse is in new condition, & the facility was purpose built for complete comfort and enjoyment. The gardens cover 6 acres with concrete paths throughout. Over 10,000 rare plants on display. The guesthouse is well away from our residence and is quiet, secluded and very private, with its own parking area for up to 4 vehicles. Each master bedroom has it's own spacious on-suite attached. There are 2 separate outdoor dining areas, one under cover, the other in the garden. The sealed private car park area can park up to 4 vehicles. The high speed internet access and 3 new smart TV's allow movies to be watched in each bedroom and the lounge room at the same time, ideal for children with different tastes to their parents! The 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds has its own heating & overlooks the car park area. Bedroom 3 is not connected to the other 2 bedrooms or bathrooms. Access is from the verandah. It has 2 bunk beds and a spare fold out portable single bed that can be used in the main living room area. The free escorted garden tour is a highlight for almost every guest and elevates the stay to a unique and memorable experience that has no equal! In the colder months a fire pit is provided just outside the guesthouse for outdoor enjoyment. The close by water pond has frogs that sing to guests on summer evenings! The total experience is better than words can describe! If the lounges & fold out bed are utilised for sleeping, we can sleep up to 9 persons. The entire 6 acres of gardens are accessible and all the property plus there are acres of unspoilt native bushland & rainforest streams available to visit, adjoining less than 5 minutes walk away. Our private swimming pool may be used by our guests to enhance their stay. A personalised optional garden tour is available if desired. We are available to assist with any requirements in our home 50 metres away from the guesthouse and we like meeting new people. Very quiet rural setting, 5 minutes drive off the Bruce Hwy & Forest Glen, close to everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer, without the noise or crowds. The guesthouse is 300 metres from the road so almost total quiet except for the sound of nature. The small 'town' of Eudlo with general store & coffee shop is 5 minutes drive away. Superb restaurants 10 min.s away in Buderim. A hire car or own transport is best. We go out most days so could provide some transport to shops etc if needed. 2 Shopping centres are 10 minutes drive away. Beaches are 15-20 minutes away, mountains- Montville , Flaxton 20 minutes away, 1 hr from Brisbane airport. 10 min.s to Aussie World theme park. 20 minutes to Kondalilla Falls National Park- awesome rock pool swimming & rainforest walks, 20 minutes to Australia Zoo. 30 minutes to Noosa , 20 min.s to Caloundra, 15 min.s to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Maroochydore or Eumundi Markets Pets may stay outside and not go inside any bedrooms. Children may only use the pool when supervised by an adult.
