Deco Garden Cottage gives the ability to access easily many iconic Adelaide events and venues, while also offering the experience of living as Adelaideans do, in a tranquil garden suburban environment close to fast and frequent public transport. Quiet and tranquil garden cottage, convenient to city and Glenelg. One man bedroom (with ensuite shower/toilet facilities) can sleep a couple or two singles. Other guests (up to 2) can sleep on a queen sofa bed in the lounge area. Guest have undisturbed private access to a detached cottage (kitchen lounge, bedroom and ensuite) at the rear of my home and shared access to the tranquil rear garden with Bali hut, outdoor dining area. Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. As a retiree, I am home quite a lot and I can interact with guests as much as as little as required. I have lived in Adelaide many years and should be able to assist with local information. Typical inner suburban Adelaide, close to amenities, beach and city. Easy to get around - walk and bike trails nearby. It's easy to get around by car, foot, bicycle and public transport. The quiet and frequent tram service stops a few metres from the front door for quick and easy access to Adelaide CBD and Glenelg. Buses from Marion Road and Anzac Highway service Marion Shopping Cenre and southern suburbs. Airport is a 10-15 minute cab ride.
