It's fully-equipped with a modern kitchen, queen sized bed, spacious bathroom, laundry and study nook - perfect for those travelling for business. Enjoy Ashfield's renowned dining on your doorstep, along with pretty parks and excellent public transport. This newly-renovated apartment has been thoughtfully designed with stylish furnishings to create the perfect home away from home. It features a living room, study nook, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and laundry, along with a stunning private deck. The deck provides the perfect space to soak up Sydney's sunshine or enjoy a meal outdoors. It features classic outdoor wicker furniture. Inside, the living area has a large comfortable sofa, brand-new smart TV and dining table to enjoy a hearty meal at home. A fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with an electric cooktop, combi oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There are basic panty items to help create meals at home. In the bedroom, designed King Koil queen size bed by AH Beard guarantees a good night's rest. It's topped with hotel-style linens and towels, professionally cleaned after every stay. There is a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your belongings, along with a reading chair to kick back and relax. The bathroom has a generously sized shower and complimentary amenities to enjoy during your stay. There is an internal laundry room with a front loader washing machine and iron facilities. Please note there is a flight of stairs up to the property entrance. Entry is via the deck. There is free street parking outside the apartment. Nestled in Sydney's vibrant inner west, Ashfield is a suburb renowned for its historical charm and community atmosphere. It is just 8km from the CBD and is praised for its lovely parks, heritage walks and mouthwatering food scene. Check out notable cafe Excelsior Jones, get your fill of dumplings at Shanghai Night and shop hard-to-find groceries at Fruitarian Supermarket. The Polish Club has become a local institution, while the Ashfield Aquatic Centre is perfect for a summer dip. Ashfield train station is just a 5 minutes walk from our place and there's also a private parking space at our property. The train can get you into the city within 15 minutes. Street parking is easy to find as well. Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! We are pet-friendly (small house trained pets only) - just let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. To cover extra cleaning, please note our pet fee is $100 per week, which will be added to your total reservation amount after booking. There is no lift. Guests will need to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment. Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.
