Perfect seaside staycation. Hot tub & games room

My house is very spacious both inside and out. There’s pretty much everything anyone would want or need for any length stay. Around 4000 square feet of space, most of which is all yours…. Myself and my daughter live in a connected annexe with our own kitchen/bathroom/front door - so if you’re ok with us being next door then we’re ok with you being next door! You can use the brand new hot tub… Upstairs is a home gym plus pool table and dart board 4 large double bedrooms each with own en suite I can be available for as much or as little as you’d like. I’ve trained as a chef and so if you want me to cook for a dinner party or a breakfast or make a gourmet picnic hamper or afternoon tea… then with enough notice, I’m happy to work to your requirements. Likewise, if you want the place to be fully food stocked so you don’t have the hassle of doing a food shop then no problem! (Obviously those things would incurr an extra cost) Just to be crystal clear : myself and my daughter live in a connecting annexe full time. - but we have everything we need - our own kitchen, bedrooms, lounge and bathroom and a separate front door to the main house. - all of the main house and all of the back garden (inc hot tub etc) is yours… and when we have guests, we use the front garden. ** another thing to note - both front and back gardens require quite a bit of attention (from me) - i.e. plants need watering regularly - and so I’d want to work around your needs to make sure I can fit in a bit of garden maintenance at an agreed time
