Welcome to our apartment in a great location. The new vacation home is equipped to a high standard and also offers a charming hut with mountain view and a garden. A scenic forest is located directly on the property and is accessible via a private path. Near is also the Lake Starnberg, the Isar River and Munich. The apartment on the ground floor of the family house is accessible via its own entrance, a car parking space is also available. The living and sleeping area has a new, high-quality queen-size bed (1.60m wide), a comfortable armchair, a lowboard with TV set, a wardrobe and a dresser. A closet next to the bathroom provides additional storage space. The newly equipped dining and kitchen area with a cozy table, fridge with small freezer, double induction hob and basic kitchen equipment is separated located next to the living and sleeping area. Morning coffee can be prepared with a capsule machine, tea with a kettle. An iron with table ironing board is also provided. The bright daylight bathroom has a floor-level rain shower, washing machine, drying rack and dryer. WIFI is available in all rooms. A highlight of your place is the charming hut with terrace and a view over the old town and into the mountains. It has no electricity and cannot be heated. The in-house garden at the apartment also invites you to linger or playing table tennis. A play tower for kids with sandbox and slide and a trampoline also provide fun to our younger guests. The stylish apartment with its 31m² is perfect for single travelers, couples as well as small families. If needed, a travel cot and a child's high chair can be provided for children up to 2 years. Beer gardens, restaurants, bakeries as well as stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The mountain forest with its walking and hiking trails as well as an adventure trail is located directly at the property and is accessible via a private path. In winter, the mountain forest offers further opportunities, like a toboggan hill as well as a cross-country skiing trail. The Isar river as a pure natural area (approx. 3km) as well as the idyllic Lake Starnberg (approx. 8km) can be reached quickly and easily. The suburban train to Munich is only 10 minutes away on foot and takes 35 minutes to the center of Munich via the main line. By car it takes about 25 minutes. Many other lakes as well as the Bavarian Alps are also easily accessible by car.
