Gallery House is a freshly renovated 1940’s character house. The recent refurbishment offers a modern and clean interior while still retaining the charming period features of the building, art deco leadlight windows and ceiling roses. Stylishly appointed with orignal artwork on the walls, the extra level of comfort will make you want to stay. The house is nestled behind the Lost Eden Art Gallery and garden with its weekend Garden Eats food van offering healthy food and a vibrant relaxed mood. Gallery House Dwellingup is a 3 bed 2 bath house. There is an inbuilt log fire to cosy up to in winter. Brand new kitchen and appliances. A big wide sun room looking out onto the back yard where there is a timber deck for BBQs in summer and a firepit for a winter fire. Gallery House is accessible for wheelchair users. Please enquire as to your requirements for accessibility. The adjoining gallery and garden, with its cute timber food van; Garden Eats @ Lost Eden offers healthy plant based food options in a vibrant yet relaxed garden setting. We live just down the road, and are available to be contacted anytime. Dwellingup is a cute little town in the jarrah forest of southwest Western Australia. It is a popular destination for many outdoor activities, surrounded by hiking and biking trails, and only 9km from Lane Poole Reserve, a protected area of wilderness that includes the Murray River, ideal for swimming, picnics and a gentle canoe trip or a more exhilarating kayak adventure further downstream when winter rains bring the white water. In town you will find shops and cafes, the historic Dwellingup Hotel and the Hotham Valley tourist railway. Dwellingup is a mountain biking mecca with the construction of new downhill and cross country mountain bike trails putting it well on its way to becoming a trails town of international significance. If you just want to relax and enjoy being closer to nature then Dwellingup has it all and you will have Gallery House as your base to do as little or as much as you like. Yoga classes are held each Tuesday 8am -930am….Feel free to join in, or send us a message if you would like more details. There is a small kitchen in the gallery adjoined to the house that caters to the Garden Eats food van. You may hear some food prep noise on busy weekends.
