The three terraces attract the sun from dawn until dusk. The roman-style private swimming pool (approximately 8m x 4m) is fully enclosed and surrounded by a patio; there is also a Weber Q gas barbecue. Our villa is equipped to accommodate 6 people with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 being ensuite. Our fabulous family villa with stunning sea and mountain views is ready for you to enjoy! We have owned Casa los Pajaros for over 30 years as our family holiday home and are delighted to welcome you to enjoy the same peaceful villa. The villa is set at the top of a quiet road with sea and mountain views from the terraces. You can enjoy the sun from morning 'til dusk. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms: 1 x large master bedrooms with a comfy king bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bath, shower and toilet. 1 x large king bedroom with comfy king bed and air conditioning. 1 x twin room with 2 comfy single beds and air conditioning. 1 x single room with comfy bed and fan. The well equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans. The lounge has satellite TV and and log burner for winter. The dining room includes an 6 seat dining table and day bed with views across the valley to the sea. The villa has free wifi and you can plug in an ethernet cable if you need to. There are 4 terraces: Side terrace: we call this our breakfast terrace, it is perfect to sit back with a coffee and 'pan' fresh from the Moraira bakery and watch the sea in the warmth of the morning sun. Dining terrace: overlooking the pool, this patio has dining table and gets the full midday sun and will be perfect for cocktails and a barbecue dinner as the sun sets behind the hillside straight ahead. Top terrace: up on the second level, this is where the sun worshippers hang out with sun all day and spectacular 360 degree views. Pool terrace: a large patio around the 32m2 pool with sun loungers, large umbrellas, pool shower and all day sun. The villa is surrounded by private, palm shaded gardens and if you are lucky to arrive at the right season you can enjoy lemons and limes from our own trees dotted around the grounds. The villa has a Weber Q gas barbecue and utensils for you to use during your stay. We have kept our Moraira home as private as possible with its own gated driveway, fence surrounding the grounds. The pool house is shaded to keep you car out of the heat of the day. If you have any questions please contact me. The whole villa and grounds is yours to enjoy during your stay! Our gardener and pool maintenance team will need access to the grounds and we ask that you You will receive a key ahead of your trip. Our housekeeper lives nearby and can help with any queries while you are at our villa, but we aim to let you have peace and quiet to enjoy your holiday. You can also receive a key through a lockbox. The villa is located in a quiet avenue in a residential area. There are a couple of local bars and restaurants which are within 15 minutes walk. The town and beaches of Moraira is about 5 minutes drive. There are lots of restaurants and bars as well as shops and the small harbour. We recommend you drive or rent a car when you come to Moraira. However there is a local taxi service in the town and buses and trains to Valencia and Alicante are short distance away. Car is a necessity. During July and August we ask guests to book a minimum of 7-day stay and commence and end their stay on a Saturday.
