Cozy apartment, garden and barbecue

Hello! We would like to invite you for a holiday to our lovely apartment, which is situated in the heart of Liptovska valley, surrounded by the most beautiful mountains Slovakia offers - Low, High and Western Tatras. It is located in a quiet residential area of family houses and it is a great starting point for all winter or summer attractions. Only 5-minute drive from the town center offers everything you need. Garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and two cozy rooms with 6 beds. Along with the apartment you will get two parking spaces, Wi-Fi and you can also use a spacious garden with a seating area under roof, grill, goulash kettle, deckchairs and table tennis. All of this is just for you during the whole stay. The apartment is located in a quiet suburb of Liptovsky Mikulas town called Okolicne. It is part of our family house, which is divided into two parts. Spaces for you are in the lower part - basement, with separate entrance and with bathroom, toilet, kitchen and two rooms. All rooms are fully equipped and heated with underfloor heating. In the kitchen you will find seating area, all kitchen utensils needed for cooking, a refrigerator, a kettle, a microwave and a stove. The bathroom has a shower, a clothes dryer, a toilet and a washbasin. There are 3 beds in one of the rooms, and 4 in the other, but it can be combined to fit your needs. We live in the upper half of the house, also have a separate entrance. The apartment offers you perfect privacy, but if you need something that is missing in the apartment or you would like to know tips for hiking trips, best skiing resorts and wellness or tips for the possibilities of shopping and dining, just knock on our door and we will try to meet your demands. For getting to Jasna Ski Centrum you can use Skibus. From our apartment you have to take public bus number 8, 9 or 11 from bus stop Okolicne ZS (5 minutes away by walk) to the main bus station Liptovsky Mikulas and from there you can take Skibus which departs every 30 minutes (every 1 hour during off-peak). We know many local ski and snowboard instructors (licensed), so if you are interested in learning how to ride slopes, just inform yourself through a private message or personally after your arrival :) We live in a suburban part of town with family houses, the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Parking is possible right in front of house in the garden, with two parking spots available for free during the entire stay. There is a bus stop Okolicne ZS, which is only 5 minutes away by walk. From this bus stop you can take the bus number 8, 9 or 11 and reach the train station in the town center in around 12 minutes. If you are travelling by car, access is possible directly to the parking lot in the garden, just drag GPS coordinates into the navigation. If you come here by coach to the coach station in Liptovsky Mikulas, you can take public bus transport number 8, 9 or 11 to the bus stop Okolicne ZS. By train you will come to the train station in Liptovsky Mikulas, from where you can take again the public bus transport or a slow train to Okolicne station. Nearby airports such as Bratislava, Krakow, Kosice, Budapest and Vienna are about 3 hours away by car and from the nearest Poprad airport you will come to us in only 45 minutes. Our family loves all kinds of winter and summer sports. In the summer we actively do cycling, kayaking, sailing on Liptovska Mara Lake and hiking. We do hiking in the mountains at least once a week, so we know very well all the hills around us. In winter we do skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and also ski touring.
