Escape to the country to Osbornes Cottage holiday house! Set in your own Devonian paradise of 2 acres, near Exeter and major travel links. The cottage is large and spacious with two bedrooms - one with king bed the second with a double bed and two singles. All modern conveniences, microwave, cooker, washing machine, Wi Fi, tv, stereo, coffee machine. Includes a seating area, fire pit, lawns, large parking area, stables and paddock. Heated outdoor pool available. Pet friendly Large green open spaces include mature trees, fire pit area, bbq , brook and much more to run around and explore. Please note that Osborne Holiday Cottage is just one of the houses shown . There are two houses on the plot - the holiday cottage is a separate house with all of its own facilities - it has two double bedrooms along with two bathrooms. You can use the entire grounds, outdoor seating, dining and fire pit. Heated outdoor pool use April - Oct. Osbornes Cottage Annex is situated in a beautiful rural location just off the A30, but within easy access of Exeter City Centre which is approx 3 miles with its great shopping and historic Cathedral. West of the house within about 15 minutes is Dartmoor with its lovely landscape and tors to explore. Nearby beaches include Exmouth (approx 15 miles) which has lovely sandy beaches and the start of the Jurassic coast Dawlish Warren has a lovely sandy beach and is approx 12 miles away, Digger Land and Crealy Adventure park are a short drive. Other attractions include Exeter Quay, the historic port town of Topsham with its famous Dutch cottages, Powderham Castle and Killerton House. Dartmouth town and Dartington Glass are not too far away. If you have young children Crealy Adventure Park and Digger Land are a short drive. If you want to venture further afield 50 miles up the road are the north Devon surf beaches .Other nearby beaches include Torquay, Teignmouth and many other. On the way to Cornwall, Padstow and North Cornwall are about an hour along the A30 and the Eden project about 1 hour 15mins. For those of you who like farm shops, pop over to the award winning Darts Farm, and charge your Tesla there whilst you shop! Osbornes Cottage Holiday House offers you an ideal tranquil base to explore Devon, come back in the evening sit out in the glorious grounds having a BBQ or using the fire pit in the woods. Ideal to explore Devon beaches, Dartmoor - car is advisable and ample parking available. The pool has a safety cover on it when not in use, but children are the responsibility of parents/guardians.
