2 rooms for 2-4 with host

My place best fits for 2-4 people and pets. Restaurants, supermarket, ATM, shopping center in 1 - 5 minutes walking distance. The flat is located in the residential area of Budapest, just 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bus from the center. Bus stop is 70 meters from the house. You can park your car in front of the house for free. The flat is a 2 story apartment, a big room with balcony, a small sleeping room + bathroom are upstairs, kitchen downstairs. In the sommer time you can sunbathe on the balkony. Sometimes you can see squirrels running and jumping in the trees. Small and medium sized pets are welcome (4 Euros / day) if they don't harm my cat. (The cat is dogfriendly) You can park your car in front of the house for free. Elrejtés The washing machine is in the garage, so you will need my help if you want to wash. Pls note, that I am also living in the appartement, but the upper floor is yours, so we don't disturb each other.
