The Forge

The Forge is perfect for couples or solo adventurers and is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village where there are all the local amenities including Coast, a superb restaurant, two pubs and shops. The cottage has a lovely sea view, is light, cosy, has lots of character and visitors often refer to it as a peaceful haven. This is the perfect place to stay to explore the beautiful Lizard peninsula with lovely coastal walks and beaches. On the ground floor is a kitchen/diner with a television, tiled floor and paddle staircase leading to the bedroom/sitting area. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge with frozen food compartment, all kitchen utensils and a microwave. Use of washing machine and dryer is available in the owner's adjoining garage. Also on the ground floor is a shower room with good sized shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. On the first floor there is a double bed and a comfortable sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the view. The cottage is heated by oil-fired central heating. At the rear of the property is a private patio which overlooks the fields and the sea. Bed linen and electricity are included in the rental. There is off-road parking for one car. Myself and my partner look forward to welcoming our guests and are keen to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We give our guests space but are available if needed.
