DOUBLE ROOM IN STUNNING LOCATION

Anchor Lodge is set in the picturesque village of Summercove, and offers expansive views overlooking the historic town of Kinsale and harbour. We offer 2 fine double en-suite rooms. (see our other listing "1st B&B on the Wild Atlantic Way") Please read all the information carefully. We have a double en-suite bedroom with breakfast included. This room has a view over the garden and a small patch of harbour. We live in the house and so some rooms will be off limits. We DO NOT have a residents lounge, tea and coffee making facility or TV in the room. You are welcome to use the dining room, and patio. As much or as little as you like. We will be available to greet you, but also respect your privacy. Located within walking distance of the centre of Kinsale town ( aprox. 1.75km) and very close to the historic Charles Fort. This is a quite cove within Kinsale harbour and has a small shingle beach dependent on the tide. Kinsale offers a wide selection of restaurants to suit most tastes and wallets. Private parking within the property. There are buses to and from both Cork International airport, and Cork City. Local taxis are plentiful and there are plenty of great walks for all abilities. Kinsale offers many attractions, such as Sailing, Harbour cruises, boat hire, Sea angling, whale and dolphin watching, historic buildings and places of interest, boutique shopping, local farmers market once a week, nice beaches in easy reach, and of course some of the countries best pubs and restaurants
