Then you will be at home in this apartment located in the neighborhood of La Floresta in Sant Cugat del Vallès and in the Natural Park of Collserola and only 20 minutes from Barcelona (zone 1). Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends. Apartment of approx 55 m2 independent on the first floor of a three-storey house in the middle of Collserola Park. It has two bedrooms: One room with a double bed of 140 x 200 and another room with a double bed of 160 x 200. It also has a kitchen / dining / living room equipped with microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, oven / stove, flat TV with DVD. The bathroom has been renovated in summer 2014 and has a shower and hairdryer. The terrace of about 40 m2 is equipped with a table with chairs (outdoor dining area) and a Weber barbecue. Parking is available at the door of the property. Live Barcelona and relax in La Floresta. On one of our terraces there is a big trampoline of 4,30m diameter for kids & adults - up to 100 kg. Important: Total Trampoline Weight Limit 100 kg. We do have a fiber-optics Internet installation with WIFI/Wlan and a Macbook Air. There is also TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. SAT-TV (Astra & Hotbird) available in Spanish, English, French, German etc.. For listening radio via internet please use the TV or the MacBook. Also a portable speaker for your MP3 or for listening music via bluetooth. There is a kit of universal chargers for mobile phones and tablets. Finally, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. You can buy capsules at the supermarket or with us the orginal Nespresso capsules for 0,40€/unit (this is what we do pay for the capsules for). We have normal coffee, decaffenaited, Lungo or Espresso. There is huge information available on Barcelona and other points of interest near the apartment. We will give you tips regarding restaurants and nice things to see and do in Barcelona. La Floresta is a district of Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona Province/Spain. The area is called Vallès Occidental. It is located in the Sierra Collserola. There are around 4.430 inhabitants. The district is very green and there is a mix of luxury houses and more modest ones. We have a metro station of the Vallès trains that connects with Barcelona around every 10 minutes. There is a bus to the station just 80 m away from the house. Near the station are a few bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a bakery, a farmacy, a bank (BBVA), a hairdresser, a pizzeria and a children´s park In La Floresta there is a bus (80m from the house) and a metro station of the Vallès trains to Barcelona (15min) and to Sant Cugat (5 min.). By car it takes about 7 minutes to arrive in Barcelona via the Túnels de Vallvidrera. How to get to La Floresta from the airport: take the Aerobus or the train to “Plaza Catalunya”. In Pl. Cataluña take the metro del Vallès FGC (during the week till 23 h and at weekend till 2 a.m in the nigth) in direction Terrassa (S1), Sabadell (S2) or Rubí (S5) or Universitat Autónoma (S55). Get out at "La Floresta". Then take the bus L3 in La Floresta (Stop Emeteterio Escudero/Turó) or walk aprox. 12 minutos. Note: there is also a bus during the night that takes you from the center of Barcelona to La Floresta. It takes 30 min - 45 min. La Floresta is located in the Vallès Occidental, a region very near to Barcelona but surrounded by nature. (Collserola Natural Park). To preserve the area, in 1987 the Parc de Collserola (Collserola Park), which has an area of 84.65 km², was established. It is the largest metropolitan park in the world - 8 times larger than the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, and 22 times larger than Central Park in New York.
