Set amongst the rolling hills in Biddaddaba, Oliva Di Tabragalba is a working Olive Grove situated in the foothills of Tamborine Mountain and a stones throw from Scenic Rim wineries. The property boasts an extensive olive plantation along with a fruit orchard, vegetable patch, herb garden and our very own Highland Cattle, Sheep & Chickens. Take a break from the hustle & bustle of life. The area has minimal reception and we encourage you to detox from technology by checking in your devices. The Granary is detached from the main homestead in which the owners reside however far enough away to ensure your privacy is guaranteed to fully allow you to immerse in the peacefulness of the grove. The bathroom is attached to the home a mere few steps away however solely for your use. Featuring a shower, claw foot bathtub & vanity, there is also an additional kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, cooktop, toaster, tea & coffee facilities and a small webber available for your use. For a small space you have everything you need from luxurious french linen beddings and a deck to watch the sunset dip away in the Grove. The property boasts the original pot belly stove to keep you warm in the winter months & in the summer months an air conditioning unit & fan. Sit outside amongst the olive grove on the French Deuville table & chair settings or relax and read a book on the antique miners daybed. Guest Access - guests are welcome to explore the Olive Grove with access via the top gate to the left of the Granary deck or via the sheep gate to the right. Please ensure the gates are closed behind you to ensure the livestock are kept in their paddocks. Feel free to borrow the gumboots provided for guests, they are located on the back deck of the main homestead (next to the Weber). For the perfect way to make the most of your stay please feel free to chill out overlooking the dam, a picnic blanket and basket are available for guests to enjoy. Gum boots for guests to borrow during their stay are provided on the back deck of the main homestead. Other things to note. Please note due to The Granary being nestled amongst nature, nature will be prominent around you. Please ensure you respect the property and close windows and doors at night. Visitors to The Granary have described the space as heavenly. Parking for guests is available inside the top farm gate. Please park to the left near the silky oak trees. We like to give you space but are available if needed. We live on the property in the main farmhouse but like to let you do your own thing. You may see us out and about working with the animals feel free to say hi, if you would like. If you would like to stroll through the olive grove gumboots have been provided on the back deck of the main farmhouse for you. Public transport is limited and a private vehicle to access required We have included a few extra things to make your stay just a little bit more special, including local dairy fresh milk, T2 Tea, Organic Stone & Grove Tea & Tamborine Mountain Organic Coffee. On your way we recommend stopping in at Canungra Foodworks, where you will find all the necessary foods for your stay or The Canungra Hub for some extra special homemade treats.
