Spacious Villa close to an amazing Sithonia beach

Summer villa in two levels (194 square mts) with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living & dining room, large fully-equipped kitchen, in a huge wild garden. There is a beautiful path in the woods (4 min walk) that leads to the famous white sanded Fava beach. The house is located in a modern complex of houses, with beautiful gardens, in a pine tree forest, next to some of the most impressive beaches of Chalkidiki, such as Fava, Karydi, Afrodite and others. Sithonia is an ideal place for nature lovers. There are famous breathtaking beaches with white sand and turquoise waters, next to the green virgin forest of Mount Itamos, a wildlife refuge for deer, foxes etc, protected by NATURA 2000. The nearby village Vourvourou, is at a 10-15 minutes walk distance. There you can find tavernas, fish restaurants, pizza restaurants and a bar. You can also find mini markets for food supplies. At a longer distance, 15 min drive, there is Nikiti, a large village with many super markets and other stores. You must visit the old village of Nikiti with its picturesque streets and the beautiful old restored houses. One can easily visit the Vourvourou island complex, Diaporos, and other famous beaches, such as Kavourotripes (meaning crab holes), Armenistis, Kriaritsi, till the southernmost point of Sithonia Peninsula, the picturesque Porto Koufo. Another must do is a visit to Mount Athos. There are everyday boat cruises, departing from the nearby port, Ormos Panagias.
